These Online Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all marketing services, technology infrastructure, and digital products provided by Saddle. By entering into a services agreement or using any Saddle system, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership & Platform Access
Saddle retains full ownership and administrative access to all infrastructure, technology platforms, templates, and proprietary systems used in delivering - services, including but not limited to:

- Pipelines and CRM

- Web hosting and CMS platforms

- Funnel and form templates

- Branded email and communication systems

- Domain registration and configuration

Access to these systems is granted conditionally and may be revoked in the event of payment default or violation of this agreement.

2. Payment & Suspension Policy

- Invoices are due according to the terms outlined in your signed service agreement

- Payments not received on time will incur a 5% late fee for every 30-day period overdue

- Saddle reserves the right to suspend all services and restrict system access after 30 days of non-payment

- All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Saddle

3. Licensing & Intellectual Property

- Clients own all customer data collected during campaigns

- Final marketing deliverables (e.g., landing pages, creative assets, email sequences) are licensed to the client upon full payment

- Saddle retains ownership of core templates, campaign systems, automation scripts, and proprietary methods

4. Promotional Use

- Saddle may use anonymized examples of work for portfolio, case studies, and marketing purposes

- Client names and identifying details will not be used without written permission

5. Confidentiality & Legal

- All campaign strategies, reports, and conversations are considered confidential

- Both Saddle and Client agree to non-disclosure of each other’s business-sensitive information

- This policy and any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas

6. Modification
These Terms may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be available at www.saddle.pro/terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
